Who would've thought that after going to high school together, almost a decade later, we would be living 2 cities apart, with baby boys 4 months apart? We've come a long way since Pistacios and Strawberries and Corn and Grapes (inside joke- very few others would get this). Today is a very special day! Twenty something years ago on this day my bestfriend Marissa was born! Thanks for being there through thick and thin! I'm so glad you got to see the world this year- what a great way to end it! God be with you today and always!

We can't wait to go again. Dave and I loved the Penguin Encounter. You can see above how Dave rescued a baby penguin just seconds from being eaten by a polar bear! Isaiah's favorite part was the Shamu Show.

I went to Calvary Chapel Menifee (www.revival.tv) tonight with my dad. It was a great service. I miss my home church so much. Our Pastor, Gary Galbraith is truly a messenger from God. The church and its ministries have brought so many to Christ, it is so wonderful to see it grow and reach out to so many around the world. Soon, Calvary Chapel Menifee will be the largest church in Southern California. It is a mega-church- people come by the thousands, yet- when you are there, you still feel at home in God's house with your brothers and sisters.

Tonight, I heard my new favorite song. I love it. It calms me and gives me a peace I haven't felt for awhile. Its title is Unashamed Love.

I was reminded tonight, that God is still working miracles in my life, with my family. I'm saying to you, don't give up- on that one person that you know needs Jesus, but won't admit it to themselves. Don't give up. Keep praying- keep asking God to soften their hearts and draw them close. Nothing and no one is to big for Him. He draws strength from our faith. God bless you and yours!
